CAM (2018)

Editor, Co-Producer; a film by Isa Mazzei (writer) and Daniel Goldhaber (director)

Watch the movie on Netflix.

My first narrative feature as an editor, CAM is a thriller about an ambitious camgirl, played by Madeline Brewer (The Handmaid's Tale), whose online existence is hijacked by a woman who looks exactly like her. A production of Divide/Conquer, distributed by Blumhouse and Netflix, it's one of the first mainstream feature films to be openly written by a former sex worker. The film premiered with sold-out screenings at Fantasia Festival in Montréal before playing Sitges, Fantastic Fest, BFI London, and AFI Fest, among others, garnering a Certified Fresh from Rotten Tomatoes.

"[A] clever and unnerving mind-fuck of a movie...rivetingly queasy from start to finish." - Indiewire

"Brilliant contemporary take on the Hitchcockian identity thriller, a feminist update on David Lynch and Brian De Palma by way of Unfriended" - AV Club

"An extraordinary genre vision and one of the smartest films about sex work we’ve ever seen" - Fantasia Fest

Cam boasts some high-caliber technical touches, particularly Daniel Garber's nervy, propulsive editing” - The Hollywood Reporter
